Armed with a laptop, mic, and beer, local Seattle DJs Justin Byrnes and Recess take to the streets looking for home studios to crash for their weekly broadcast. Rather than invite local producers into oseao.com studios, these renegades are moving through the city "Pump Up the Volume" style. Although the musical fashion of various producers may vary, the sound often fits the Shameless aesthetic of elektro, techno, disco, punk. Look forward to live sets from local and national producers, along with interviews and selections of music presented by Justin and Recess.

This week we made a visit to dJ dAb's Solidrate Studios (www.solidrate.com) and what a collection of electronics! Oh my god!! One of the finest displays of vintage analog machinery I think I have ever laid my eyes on. And a collection of vinyl dating back to the late 70's. We got dAb on the decks for the whole show and we barely scratched the surface! There's enough music in that room to last for weeks! He got things going with some oldschool electro-breaks from the early 80's then he took us into some new and unreleased material, and demo submissions for his label, Free Records. He finished off the show with a killer electro/rock/techno set and tour of his studio. Good times!
